Which package should I choose?
The Research Check is an initial investigation into available records and whether deeper research is possible. The Family History Report brings service history, a timeline, documented locations and sources together. The Complete Family Archive adds extended research, further documents and photographs, maps and historical context.
What if I only know a name?
Share the full name and any approximate birth year, country, military branch or hometown you know. The Research Check can help establish what records are available. The depth of the findings depends on the surviving sources.
Can I share family documents and photographs?
Photographs, military documents, letters, discharge papers, medals or IDs, newspaper clippings and other family records can support the research. After payment, use our research form to submit your details and upload copies of your documents. You can upload up to 6 PDF, JPG, PNG or WebP files, with a limit of 10 MB per file and 25 MB in total.
How long does the research take?
Delivery takes 7–14 business days, depending on the complexity of the research and the availability of records. Each report is prepared personally and the completed PDF is delivered by email.
Are particular records or discoveries guaranteed?
No particular discovery can be guaranteed. Records may be incomplete, unavailable or lost. Research distinguishes documented evidence from historical context and possibilities that need further investigation.
